The examination aims at selecting suitable candidates by testing their abilities in the following domains- Reasoning, English language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) and Computer Knowledge. The test is completely objective and carries a maximum score of 200 with time duration of 2 hours. Incorrect answers will incur negative scoring, which is one fourth of the marks assigned to the particular question. A weightage of 80:20 is carried by the written exam and interview and there is a minimum qualifying score for the interview as well. It is the combined score of both CWE and interview that helps decide whether a candidate is suitable for recruitment; qualification in both rounds is a must.
